Na oportunidade, o Laboratório recebeu a certificação NBR ISO 9001:2000 para o escopo "Análise qualitativa e quantitativa para bioinseticidas à base de fungos entomopatogênicos". Também foram entregues as salas reestruturadas para receberem a coleção de insetos entomófagos “Oscar Monte” e o Laboratório de Himenópteros Parasitoides que será um dos membros associados ao Instituto Nacional de Ciência e Tecnologia dos Hymenoptera Parasitoides da Região Sudeste Brasileira (INCT Hympar Sudeste). As obras de adequação e ampliação da unidade consumiram R$ 120.000,00 sendo a maior parte proveniente do Programa “Risco Sanitário Zero” - projeto “Novo Insumos”. '

A atividade marca, simbolicamente, o início da colheita do café no Estado de São Paulo. O evento é organizado pela Codeagro e pela Câmara Setorial do Café, e realizado pelo Sindicafé e pelo IB, com o apoio da ABIC. É colhida cerca de uma tonelada de grãos que, depois de beneficiada, resulta em aproximadamente 500 quilos, que serão doados ao Fundo de Solidariedade e Desenvolvimento Social e Cultural do Estado de São Paulo. "

do Centro de P&D de Sanidade Animal do IB foram convidados para
participar como instrutores no curso de Emergência Sanitária para
Executores, realizado entre os dias 22 a 26/6, em Cananéia, SP. O curso,
voltado aos profissionais dos serviços de sanidade animal dos estados e do
Ministério da Agricultura, Pecuária e Abastecimento (MAPA), teve como
objetivo capacitar esses profissionais, preparando-os tecnicamente nas
ações necessárias para a resolução das emergências sanitárias em qualquer
parte do território brasileiro. O treinamento é parte da cooperação
técnica entre o MAPA e o Centro Pan-Americano de Febre
Aftosa.</SPAN></FONT></P></DIV></TD>
